Gel nails chipped within 2 days and are peeling off on 3 fingers after 5 days. Salon only offering to redo chipped nails, saying that the reason for this happening is the condition of my nails. I don’t want to go and get nails redone for another hour as very inconvenient. Asked for a refund based on this chipping after ridiculously short time and was refused. I have had gel nails in lots of salons and never had this happen so quickly. Usually lasts AT LEAST 2 weeks. Booked as a new client based on great Treatwell reviews but service very disappointing and should have been offered a refund. Will not be returning. Book if you’re happy to return to have nails fixed and have loads of free time to do so.
