The staff and environment were really nice and friendly. I booked the chrome nails and once I got there was informed I needed to purchase the gel manicure for the chrome nails which was not put on the treat well site. The manicurist was really nice and friendly and did my nails quickly and nicely. However the chrome nails had started to peel by day 2 and I was too busy to complain. Would not recommend getting cuticles cut (overall not just about salon) as I ended up with 2 cuticle infections. The nails have not lasted a week which is disappointing
