Chaotic & unprofessional. Male receptionist does nothing but sit on his phone. Customers greeted by lady from salon downstairs. She speaks English but ignores what you say & is more interested in getting you to follow her on Insta. Treatwell appts. ignored - ppl prioritised on how loudly they shout. Waited over 45 mins for my appt. V few nail techs speak English thus communication issues. No Shellac despite advertising it. Service poor. Unsanitary. Staff rude. Gel nails lasted 5 days. Avoid.

Happy with nails but didn’t get Kevin as requested got Rosie instead. Only downside to this shop is they never keep your appointment time and it’s frustrating when you are on your lunch break
