My pedicure was amazing and the french tip was so neat and the perfect shape. My only issue was having to wait almost an hour even though i had booked via treatwell. It wasn't until i mentioned i had booked for a second time to the staff that i was seen to.

I didn’t have Nancy but another gentleman dealt with me. He was very good and I was very happy with my nails.
Moving forward though if you request a specific person you should get them and also they should meet your appointment time. I waited 25 minutes over my appointment slot.
