The shape wasn’t what I asked for. They looked more like duck nails than the short squoval I asked for & there filed down to sort.

I’m always waiting min. of 30 mins every time I’ve booked an appointment because they take walk in’s at busy times. Staff bounce between multiple clients so the appt takes longer but they rush on the nails to get people in and out.

Everything was so rushed, even though I was kept waiting for an hour. I even felt uncomfortable to ask to change the colour when first applied on the tips.
