Had an 11am appt, arrived at 10.45am, and was told I’d wait 20 mins. Repeatedly told “10-15 mins” until 12pm with no service. I made it clear I had work at 1.30pm and wouldn’t have time to wait another 10-15 mins as I wouldn’t be done in time, but staff kept misleading me. After wasting an hour waiting I left frustrated. If you can’t honour appointments, be honest upfront. Completely unprofessional experience!
