From arriving at the salon to leaving I was treated with the upmost professionalism. Kind, gentle knowledgeable staff. The venue was warm, fresh, welcoming and very clean. The lighting was good. Daniel my hairdresser was very professional and I love my haircut! Everyone smiled and looked happy, and I felt well cared for, Vicky.

I wasnt sure what to expect from this place is when I booked my hair cut.
I arrived and it was really busy but all the staff were amazing from reception to the lady who cut my hair. The lady who cut my hair was really good and I was happy the way I was treated .
I always find even other hairdressers and big chains =charge a fortunate and the hairdressers are the worst I have had such bad experiences. Here I liked that my hairdresser was talking through my hair cut and telling me what she will do -this is what all hairdressers should do -take a cue from! She never just cut a lump off and did what she wanted to do. And what I loved was how quick and efficient she was -amazing .hate spending hours in a salon with mediocre hair stylists, def knew what she was doing.
The only thing I would say was that when I was having my hair washed I got asked (by another lady) if I wanted conditioner applied ,I thought this was very odd in a hair salon as that's just standard process.?

Very elegant looking salon. Daniel listened to what I was after and delivered a really nice cut. I had only paid for a wet cut but as it was cold outside he would'nt let me go out with wet hair so blasted the dryer over for me. That was a very nice touch. I would definitely go back.
