Amazing experience and service. Received a really warm and friendly welcome when I arrived. Very personal and attentive service. Having unruly curly hair, my hair was washed and cut with skill and a true understanding of my hair type. Highly recommend.

Despite living in the area for my entire life, this was my first time at collections.
Initially I was very impressed and surprised at the friendliness of the staff (particularly the receptionist).
The salon looks small from the outside but this is very deceiving as it has other rooms further back.
I visited to have colour corrected from a different salon I visited last week. Sylvia did my hair and did exactly what I asked for. She was very attentive and professional.
One thing I particularly liked about this salon was that all the staff were friendly and professional, but also older than a teenager (which is sadly not common with most of the chain salons these days).
