This was my first time at CoLaz, Slough.
I was very happy with the results. The beautician used hot hard (strip-less) wax which produced much better results, was more sensitive to intimate areas and the final result was very neat.
She was also considerate and asked how I wanted the final result to look like and checked halfway through that I'm happy with how it's going.

I had an Extended Hollywood Waxing from CoLaz and the treatment was fantastic. The staff were calm, friendly and knowledgeable, and the results of my waxing were great. Highly recommended!

They rang me a couple of hours before my appt and told me that the appt spot had been filled. I asked how I would get a refund as I had paid in advance, they said they would find out and call me back. Surprise surprise, no call back. Maybe I’m being cynical but I wonder if they had someone else book for a more expensive treatment so decided to cancel me. Will never book with them again - if I could leave 0 stars I would. Bunch of liars.
