Last time I was here everything was perfect, but now I’m really disappointed. I came for facial waxing and I got threading, lady didn’t remove makeup from my lip before waxing it, she was rushing somewhere so she did everything really quickly and she didn’t put much effort. I also got information that I didn’t pay for lash tinting when I did....I really understand that London is a fast city, but I’m paying for something and I have expectations.
