Why didn't I read the reviews! Initial impression they asked if the haircut was for my four month old who has no hair! Alarm bells rang but proceeded as had already prepaid. This was my three year olds first haircut. The atmosphere was cold and no fuss was made or friendliness towards my toddler to put her at ease. On the app is says wash and cut but her hair was sprayed with water. The hair cut is fine as just a trim but will not be returning.

Went in for highlights. Came out orange and gold tiger stripes and they burnt my scalp. Having to pay else wear to resolve. DO NOT GO

The hairstylist took a little longer then I was expecting, I asked to get my hair with layers which didn’t happened either.
Apart from that, the hair stylist took her time to cut my hair and had precision on letting my hair cut straight.
