I received a terrible haircut here. My length was cut wet, but the hairdresser insisted on cutting my layers dry, telling me she had done this for 10 years when I queried this. She cut uneven layers, which are longer at the front and some missing at the back. The length is uneven and very blocky. I called the salon back to explain I was unhappy and they agreed to a refund, but despite chasing three times this has not happened. I’ve had to have my hair re-cut elsewhere. A waste of time and money
