Courtney didn’t turn up for my appt leading to the nail tech who was in having to tell me that my appt wasn’t able to go ahead bc she couldn’t get in touch with Courtney (no fault of hers, she was fab). I was going to a wedding, and I don’t live in Liverpool so I had no makeup with me. This resulted in me having to spend over £200 at a boots just so I could do my own makeup. I was left absolutely fuming, hundreds out of pocket and I haven’t received any contact or apology from Courtney.

Really nice Saloon with brilliant hairdressers. My only downfall was that they don't have a receptionist, so it can be a bit confusing. Apart from that my hair cut and experience was great :)
