Sammie was not available but the lady that cut my hair was super nice. I was informed of every step she was going to make. Very reassuring considering this was my first time getting my hair done in Liverpool. Fantastic experience. I will come back.

Results were not like my reference photos or what I asked for. Quite a tatty salon. Not a warm or friendly environment. I did not feel able to ask for amendment of my hair nor did I trust it to be fixed.
