I always go to Charlotte for my lashes and she’s the best. I struggle a bit to relax when I’m getting treatments done but Charlotte is the best! She’s so chill and friendly and you can tell how much she loves what she does. She also always asks me at the end whether I’m happy with them or whether I want more lashes added etc, which I think shows how attentive she is.
