Lovely manicure but I did not like the way the therapist, Jazz was speaking to the more junior member of staff, Jade. I thought it was a bit rude and felt bad for the young girl.

The removal process was fine, however the entire appointment lasted well over the alloted time and still the manicure turned out rushed. There are many see-through splotches and visible brush strokes in the nails - I did select quite a light colour but I only wear light / neutral colours and have never seen this effect before. The surface of the polish is visibly uneven. It just doesn’t look good at all, which I am to uncofrontational to say to the nail techs face. I regret spending £35.

Lovely interior, I was offered a drink and the lady doing my nails was attentive and efficient.
I would have preferred a slightly gentler treatment of my cuticle and not just dry cut but overall the result looks good.
