I had a last min appointment but arrived to find that the owner had accepted two walk ins before hand. It happens, but the owner then left leaving only one trained nail technician for all three customers. The staff did their best to accommodate everyone given the situation which meant my nails were done by the eyelash technician, who was really lovely and did a good job all things considered but not the same quality as usual. For the prices charged you expect someone who is specialised in nails
