Eyelash tint - job was done adequately but the removal process left tint in my eyes making them burn. Moreover, the tint was not evenly spread over my lashes and some of the tint stained my actual eye lid which they would not have done anything; I just specifically requested removal.

The salon itself is very clean and the decor is lovely however my experience was not great. The nail technician was very nice and attentive but took a long time which made me wonder how much experience she had. The main issue though was that my gel removal was done by drilling the gel off which at times was painful and the result has left my nails badly damaged. Four of my nails chipped within a day. When I went back I was offered a refund as I couldn’t face having my nails redone
