Jazmin was lovely and did a really nice blow dry, Appointment was booked with Jazz however, so disappointed that she wasn't available.

Disappointed. Three of my fingers have cuts from doing the cuticles so look worse than they did before! I wasn't told that the effect I'd chosen cost more and was charged extra - I wouldn't have had this if I'd known. No communication throughout.
