Disappointed. Three of my fingers have cuts from doing the cuticles so look worse than they did before! I wasn't told that the effect I'd chosen cost more and was charged extra - I wouldn't have had this if I'd known. No communication throughout.

I found the treatment quite rough in comparison to other salons and at times painful. I've been left with a couple or little cuts around my nails and when using the drill it became very hot to the point of it being unpleasant. The nail therapist seemed really nice but perhaps needs a little more training.
