Arina is excellent - very professional and thorough, but also very friendly. The ambience of the salon is also very pleasant, so the sessions are always very enjoyable. The massage chair for the pedicure is an added bonus!
Not all of the gel polish was removed from my nails. The treatment felt quite rushed.

I went in for a manicure before my wedding. I specifically asked for no gels, no buffering with the machine, and definitely no cuticle cutting. The therapist was surly insisting they only do gels. I pointed out that this is not what I wanted. Her attitude was unfriendly to say the least. An overall bad experience culminated in her cutting my cuticle on my ring finger despite me telling her not to, causing it to bleed. What should have been a relaxing experience instead reduced me to tears.
