paid the money for Russians they looked like classics, whenever they fall out there’s at least 3 of my natural lashes attached, most i had attached to one was 7 that i had to pull out because it was hurting so bad and my lash line was irritated,had bald gaps in my naturally thick eyelashes after this appointment and had to wait 2 months before i could get them redone from another place, especially for the price of the service it just isn’t to standard. also bad for cancelling last minute.

This was the first time I’d visited and I won’t be going back. The person doing my nails was rude and barely spoke to me but when she did she just complained about her work and that was a bit off putting. She also made some unnecessary comments about my nails being difficult. The salon was very dirty - you could tell there wasn’t much organisation or cleaning done. My nails looked okay but were very clunky and thick with a large gap between the nail bed and the fake nails. Wouldn’t go back.

Very disappointing experience.
Waited 15 mins before being seen then treatment was rushed and very poorly undertaken. I was left with 80% of gel still on my nails.
