My recent visit was great- Carlotta was very careful removing my extensions and talked me through the removal and BIAB and how to care for my nails. I would definitely go back and request Carlotta for my appointments. The time before that I had Moon and my experience was quite different. I was not talked through the experience and did not feel able to ask questions. I do not think my cuticles were done and the service felt very rushed. The atmosphere was not relaxed and salon was a littlemessy
