the first set of nails I had were perfect but the last 2 haven't been to the best standard. last set lifted in a few days (jazz did fix this) and this set has lasted well but the finish is thick and bumpy.

when we arrived (20 minutes late fair enough but they said over the phone it wasn’t a problem at all)the staff were very confrontational, telling us they didn’t have time for us, they couldn’t do our nails etc. they did my friends nails but refused to do extensions and ended up cutting her natural nails ridiculously short. they did extensions on me but one hand is drastically shorter than the other, there are basically no apexes on my nails and one finger is missing the builder gel completely.
