I was taken 15 mins late. My existing gel was not removed correctly and the new gel was not applied well. I did mention and it was fixed to an acceptable standard however I spent 2 hours in the establishment. Would not return.

I got the removal, but in the process half of my nails were removed. My nail beds are now very red and sore. The nail technician was lovely, but she seemed to be still in training and shouldn’t by no means work unsupervised. I also specifically booked in with a technician who I know is experienced, but that was changed without my knowledge last minute. What’s appalling is that none of the equipment was cleaned or changed after the customer before me - that’s a real health concern.
