I had a Wash, Cut and Blow Dry with Sylvia and was very happy with the service overall - I did not have any special demands but she still gave me some hair advice and did the job well. I would happily return.

I had a full had of highlights and a cut with Sylvia. Its very difficult to find a good salon in London amongst all of those business that either rip you off, or leave you grief stricken after ravaging through your hair, but I think I have found one. Sylvia is not only a great hair stylist and colourist, she understands the science behind the profession. Her care for her clients hair, goes beyond the time they are sitting in the chair in front of her.
Firstly, Sylvia clarified exactly what I wanted. Her application of highlights was extremely fast, yet precise and concentrated. She apologised numerous times in case she was pulling at my hair (which she wasnt), I presume this is then result of an onslaught by some other unthankful and and delusional reviewers. She gave me some invaluable advise on caring for my hair during the colour treatment. Whilst cutting my hair, she was again very careful and in tune with what I wanted, whilst being fully competent at what she was doing. This process was completed with a great blow dry which has shocked me in lasting so long as my hair usually flops an hour after leaving the salon.
I am one of those people that I am sure the hair stylists secretly hate to see. I have a very full head of very long blond hair and I insist on very fine natural highlights. I know exactly want I like and exactly what I don't like. Sylvia nailed it.
