I have been going to Cocoon and getting my hair done from Roza for years now. I dont live in Kingston anymore but still choose to go here because Roza is not only excellent at her craft, she cares and is extremely considerate giving personal attention and keeping my needs in mind. She will always recommend whats best for you and not the priciest stuff!
