First time to Cocoon Hair and was very impressed. Fidana was so thorough, I left with the best colours and haircut in years. Exact hair style and colour I hoped for. Would highly recommend, the attention to detail was fab! Very friendly too. Will definitely be returning.

I chose a brown color and ended up with very dark black, and worst thing was that Kasha the stylist was denied that the color is black 🤨and said it’s my hair problem that didn’t pick up the right color.Things can go wrong but they need to accept it and apologize.I get the comments from my son straight away wow such a black hair you have now,and also all my friends said nice dark black color,it was only the stylist who couldn’t see the black color.I have got free blow dry as a result and paid75£🧐
