Had my hair done today by Danielle and from start to finish I had an amazing experience! I arrived as they opened (I got there a little early haha) and immediately was greeted with a smile by both Fatima and Danielle. I was offered refreshments all throughout my time there, including hot chocolate! Both were extremely lovely and helped me with anything I needed, talking with me inbetween clients and really making me feel welcome. I’m absolutely in love with how my hair has turned out! Would really recommend to anyone ❤️
Fatima is the best in the game .. she knows exactly what she’s doing and how to cater to everyone’s body individually.. I had put my whole trust in her and she did not let me down . I told her what I wanted and she worked towards that by adapting each session accordingly to how my body reacted to the procedure . Definitely 100% recommend her x permanent customer 🥰
Fatima is absolutely amazing! She is incredibly knowledgeable and truly passionate about what she does. From the moment you walk in, she makes you feel so welcome and completely at ease. She always goes above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable and that you understand what is involved in your treatment.
