I had my experience with Coco even though it says, Kay.
I will keep coming back here for laser hair removal packages and treatment as needed. I have been to other places before and have not seen a difference like this. I am over the moon with my results as I have PCOS and I am middle eastern so I am much hairier than my European friends but it is becoming less of an issue with the sessions! I am so happy I chose to come here and I would recommend this to anyone who is thinking of having laser.

COCOLAS (which sounds like "cuddles") truly was a treat. Was welcomed in, offered a seat and a hot drink, pampered and looked after. LeMalie was amazing - one of the best waxes I've ever had, my skin is so smooth and was not irritated at all after the treatment! Thank you, I will be coming again for sure.

I was slightly late for my session. She provided extra time to cover it which is nice of hers. Parking is a problem there so ensure you arrive 10 mins early.
I really liked the face message. Recommend it.
However Swedish back & shoulder massage was just okay. I have painful shoulders and she didn’t pay much attention there. It was average

This is the best skin clinic in London for sure! the treatments are really good but the service is excellent. Mila and the team always make sure to make me feel welcomed and relaxed. I love this place.
