Kay was a lovely, a really kind person. She was delicate and careful with my skin, making sure that the temperature of the wax was the right one for me. Re-touching the areas where needed touched once more. All my needs were exceeded and besides that I had fun and laughed so much with Kay while she was taking care of me.
