Lovely, calming atmosphere. The ladies are very welcoming offering a drink - fruit infused water or tea- while you fill in a form or wait for your treatment. The massage was very therapeutic and I left feeling lighter. I will definitely go back.

I have had 3 massages now and they have all been amazing. I have had rotary cuff issues for a couple of months and explained the to Ae. She was understanding and she worked on my shoulder.
The difference after my massage is amazing . I can move my shoulder some much easier . Ae you are a miracle worker. xx

I am so happy to have tried CocoCharm! I was a client with the previous owner and was nervous that I may not like the new business. But I was SO pleasantly surprised - it is amazing! Both Ae and Ann are lovely, and so friendly. The room is warm, clean and welcoming, and the deep tissue massage was very thorough and professional. I am going to be a regular client for sure! Ae explained clearly at every stage what she was about to do. She explained that I must say if the pressure was not comfortable. Ae concentrated on my neck and shoulders as requested and also gently massaged nearly all my body as requested. I felt comfortable throughout the treatment and felt totally relaxed after completion. Ae is a caring therapist who listens carefully and adapts to her client's wishes. Overall a super treatment leaving me relaxed and ready to face the world again.

The Thai massage I experienced (my second at this salon) was superb! I can thoroughly recommend it. The beneficial quality to a sense of revitalising wellbeing was amazing. Staff members are attentive, caring and so friendly.
