Id booked a relaxing massage but after completing the pre assessment form they advised me to change to a Swedish massage for best results. This was the best outcome with an excellent result of relaxation and stress removal from my shoulders. So kind and welcoming. On the hottest day of the year the pepermint cool towel at the end was bliss!

I was made to feel relaxed and offered water when I arrived early. The Deep Tissue Massage was very good. I was asked if the pressure was right for me. I felt it was done with care and experience. I was very relaxed afterwards. I would definitely have the same massage and visit Coco Charms again.

From the moment I walked in Ae and the team were attentive, the room was spacious and relaxing and I was put at ease instantly. The massage itself was amazing, Ae knew exactly what areas to tackle and asked frequently if the pressure was ok and checked I was comfortable and happy. Overall an amazing experience and I'll definitely be back
