The Nail Bar is just a bit crowded and would like to see that all tools are cleaned and disinfected between customers which didn’t seem the case. The gel manicure is a bit too expensive but the pedicure was reasonably priced. Both ladies were lovely and enjoyed the massage chair. A bit slower than the time shown.

Not bad, but could have been cheaper for gel nails considering there was nothing special about it compared with other salons

Am pretty sure they’re training some new people, which I’m fine with, but my nails took an hour rather than 35 mins. This is because they had to keep going over the trainees mistakes at the end. If the client is given a trainee it should be said so that we know it’ll take so long...
