I arrived to my appointment on time but had to wait 10 minutes for the beautician to arrive. I then had to wait a further 5 minutes for her to be ready to start the treatment. The salon was nice and the treatment itself was good but the beautician was quite negative.

The staff was very polite and professional the treatment was back shoulders and neck and was done exactly how I liked it. Definitely recommend to friends and family

Staff were lovely but I was really disappointed with my eyelash perm as it didn't lift at all. I have naturally quite straight eyelashes and have had the LVL treatment in the past which has made it look like I'm wearing false lashes (even my unobservant boyfriend noticed). After the treatment there was a slight curl at the very end but within a few hours they had dropped back to how they were before. This could just be my lashes however they lift very well with LVL. Lovely staff and ambience just a shame my treatment didn't work.

Lovely lovely staff, made to feel really welcome and was a nice change from the usual chinese owned salons! Came in for a mani/pedi and felt that time was taken to do it perfectly by hand. Acrylic infill was slightly bumpy but isn't noticeable with the super products that they use. 100% will re-book again.

Really bad wax. I've never had an experience like this at this salon but the wax took ages and was not thorough at all and I will not return to the same therapist for this treatment.
