I booked in for a 30 minute back massage, but the actual treatment only lasted about 15 min. I wasn't asked if I had any areas of concern - I would have liked some knots worked on - but the therapist didn't notice or work on these. Also beware the steps down into the loo - I fell down them and injured my knee.

Overall my waxing was giving enough amount of time and attention. However I hope they get a beautician for Hollywood wax soon.

I went in for a few waxing treatments, which were carried out as I expected.
However I wanted to get a Hollywood wax done which was mentioned on the website but when I went in the parlor they did not have any beautician for that particular treatment. Disappointed slightly. Hope they sort it out soon!

Had a wonderful afternoon, the salon is beautiful with period features and a touch of glamour, the staff were fantastic providing drinks and nibbles whilst you wait for treatments which was a nice touch. My treatment was great, this was in anticipation of my wedding next week do I had my own ideas when I visited and they were very helpful in trying to create my ideas. Between treatments the staff managed to squeeze me in for some individual lashes which are fab!!! I would definetly visit again!
