I don't know what it is with this place, but they just keep getting it wrong. On my first visit, I arrived before my therapist and was kept waiting before someone else eventually saw to me. On my second visit, I arrived to discover that my appointment had been cancelled. I was not happy about this, especially as I don't live in Leeds and had to get the train in. I was compensated with a ten pound voucher and when I came back to use it, I was told that I had to pay in store prices (more money) even though I had booked online via Treatwell and was quoted a cheaper price. Paying in store prices was apparently the condition of using the voucher. Had this been told to me when they gave it to me, there's no way I would've even considered coming back for a third time. I got sucked in by the cheap prices but I guess you get what you pay for.

The staff at coco rouge are really nice and made me feel comfortable. The tan was very good value for money and looked so natural, it lasted a good week and faded well. I would and will defo be using them again. The product they use is 100% organic and smells lovely, drys quickly and don't leave you sticky. I had no patchiness and I did'nt get bright orange feet and hands like I have had before at other salons. Nice experience in all.
