Went for a simple trim on a layered style haircut. Hairdresser was nice but had to ask twice for the sides to be thin out (as it had ended much too square to my usual layered style, which is what I originally requested ). Second time I asked, she simply lifted my top hair layer and cut patches of hair almost down to the skull (ie half centimetre long ) ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING ....
