Despite having an issue which resulted in me being late to the appointment (very close to closing time), the team was extremely understanding and considerate. They let me do my whole treatment and it turned out to be the prettiest gel manicure I have gotten with them so far! They are my go-to and only nail bar I like to go in London and couldn't recommend it enough!
