It was my second visit and unfortunately it wasn’t as good as my first one a couple of weeks ago. My first shellac manicure was great but when I came back for a normal manicure yesterday the service just wasn’t as good. It took really long and after the manicure was done the girl who did my manicure checked my nails to see if they were dry and literally pushed the nail polish around on three of my nails, so I have weird marks now. I didn’t see this in the salon because the light was quite dark but noticed as soon as I walked out. If I had the time I would have gone back in to ask to reapply the polish.

Overall not a bad experience but a few issues:
I paid for in full online before my appointment. When I arrived they had no knowledge of the threading appointment - they said the person who does the threading had left so they no longer offered this service. A bit odd I was allowed to book and pay for this...
Also I booked a gel manicure but what I actually got was a Shellac manicure which is disappointing.
