Overall not a bad experience but a few issues:
I paid for in full online before my appointment. When I arrived they had no knowledge of the threading appointment - they said the person who does the threading had left so they no longer offered this service. A bit odd I was allowed to book and pay for this...
Also I booked a gel manicure but what I actually got was a Shellac manicure which is disappointing.

Staff were friendly even though I had called to say I would late. Started and finished on time. Very happy with the finish and advice given on colours
