I’ve had great experience in the past at this salon. However, this last time the price was higher, it was overbooked so i had to wait a bit and then i was so rushed- my nails chipped 2days later- first time it’s ever happened to me. Hope it was just a one-off

Worst experience ever. First I had to find a cash machine because they don’t accept card payments. My manicure started 20 minutes late. The lady cut my finger and it continuously bled through the entire treatment. The nail varnish was too thick and not well applied. To finish, I had to stay 1h15. First and last time there

I paid £55 for gel extensions and they were completely rushed, with multiple people working on my nails and starting with someone else's before mine were finished. They did no cuticle work so the extensions already look grown out after 3 days. After all this hour service was done in less than 40 minutes and the result reflects that.
