I come here all the time, and clearly they hadn't reserved anyone to do my nails and I had the receptionist doing my £40 manicure, my nails weren't filed to an even shape or the shape i asked i had to keep asking for him to slow down. it was SO rushed, no care was taken on them, my cuticles look so patchy and the topcoat botched as soon as i left even though it's GEL. I went two weeks ago and couldn't fault my manicure its such a shame how inconsistent their staff quality is.

Price advertised on the website for gel manicure removal and new application was 43. The salon arbitrarily charged 50 with no logical explanation other than that they “could”! You had to pay cash! I had to ask for a receipt which was not presented until I asked. And it was mediocre manicure quite honestly. Not once did the therapist ask about the shape I wanted, rather completely made assumptions of his own and completely changed the shape of my nails that took me several months to do.
