Hi. I would like to make a complaint and ask for a refund for a proportion of my money as when I booked the appointment I was told told the treatment would be £45 however, once I finished my nail treatment they charged me £85. This was done without any prior warning which I simply don’t appreciate. I would not have used this salon if I was aware of the £85 price tag. I would like a refund as a result. I couldn’t complain in the salon as I was on my lunch and didn’t have much time to stay.
