Used to love this salon as the high price justified excellent quality. The last three times though I’ve had really bad experiences with both manicure and pedicure. To be more specific my nails were not shaped and filed evenly and I had to draw the master’s attention to it myself, then I had shellac on my cuticles, my toe was cut and kept bleeding, etc. Honestly these experiences have been so bad that it felt as if instead of being in a professional salon I ended up being the training ground.
Thank you for my lovely nails I will be back for that.
Although polite, again thank you, it seemed a bit ‘cold’ as in music was a little depressing, the little conversation we had.
The room was clean apart from some unsightly products under the yellow chairs, the wooden panel on view on the yellow chair. The fairly expensive manicure sobers fees of the environment this seemed to have very little to show for the not so competitive price point locally.
However the manicure was the best I’ve had
By far the worst Pedicure I have ever had. Therapist cut my big toe really badly and it was still bleeding when I left so my feet look worse than when I went in and it's really really sore. The therapist also smudged the nail polish and at first refused to fix it until I insisted that she did. She was rude and moody the whole way through a very sun standard treatment. Terrible experience.
