I have been there three times now, usually if I am paying £60+ for nails I would expect a level of care. The staff are fairly rude, I asked staff number 7 for a thin, almond shape, however they came out pretty thick and odd lengths? I had spent over an hour there, so couldn't be bothered to argue however would debate ever going back and paying that sort of money there again.
