I had a lady with short dark hair who was sniggering at customers and also did a rushed job, with one nail already chipped after 3 days. I had a dark colour and it was a bit messy around the edges. I went previously and had a lady with glasses who was brilliant but unfortunately this time it was a very poor experience.
