Bought the manicure and glass of wine treatment for me and my mum. We had a great time, the salon is really nice - very funky. Good selection of nail colours and product, would definitely go again as I had a very enjoyable experience.
very good place!! and great value with lots of colors and friendly staff...a place not to miss out definetely! i also liked the decoration and the bar with wines and lots of coctails.. i'll def visit again and recommend it to friends..
Lovely venue, clean premises, efficient service,we had fabulous massage chairs even though we were only having a manicure. It felt indulgent having a drink whilst being looked after! Great range of colours and brands of nail varnish and an excellent manicure. Only gripe is that whilst the lighting was atmospheric,it didn't help when trying to decide on the colours of nail varnish. However a lovely experience and my nails look fab!
had a lovely leisurely afternoon at Coco with my friend. the staff ladies were lovely and friendly. it was perfect going on a mid-week afternoon as it was quiet and we weren't rushed, we sat in the massage chairs for ages after our pedicures - just to make sure they were really dry! pedicure was good, great wide range of nail varnishes (essie & opi), foot filing was ok but I like a really thorough scrub to make up for the lack of love i give my feet in between pedicures! paraffin wax treatment in the heated boots was great and left skin soft & smooth. had a lovely hot chocolate instead of the cocktail in the package as it was more appropriate for the wintry afternoon. great value with the deal. hope to go again soon!
I recently had a pedicure (bought as a mobdeal) at Coco Nail Bar, Portobello Road. Whilst it was a great pedicure (very thorough job, looks perfect even two weeks later) the venue was extremely cold as the doors to Portobello Road were left open - less than ideal when one has bare feet. This also meant that all the street noise of Portobello came in, which was not very relaxing. I also thought, whilst it was nice to offer coffees, food and cocktails etc at a charge, that clients should have been offered some sort of complimentary refreshment, even a glass of water. Had I been paying full price I certainly would have felt it was cheeky to ask me to pay for a water.
