They cut me so badly it was bleeding through out the WHOLE treatment and the cuticle cut was so deep the blood ended up staining the gel polish which defeated the purpose of getting it done. Staff tried to find the fact they had cut me, because the salon was busy and it would have draw attention. It wasn’t until it was hurting I looked down and my toe was FULL OF BLOOD. My cuticle took a month to heal, I had to go to the doctors for anti bacteria creams so it wouldn’t get infected. The manger didn’t offer no refund or free booking. Disgusting how a salon in the heart of London, chelsea that charged over £80 for the services rushed me, ended up cutting me and acted more to act like my food wasn’t bleeding out of embarrassment in front of other customer than to actually address the issue in a professional manner.

The room wasn’t clean, the lady was nice but my eyebrows are awful! I asked for thick eyebrows. They are thin and have turned my skin orange. Didn’t see any difference with my eyelashes
