The experience from start to finish (including my complaint to the salon/treatwell) was awful-please think twice about visiting this salon! The technician was rude, the treatment was painful (aggressively pushing cuticles down with no cuticle cream left me in severe pain afterwards resulting in me limping home) and haphazard, needless to say the gel polish lasted less than a week. The treatment despite being booked for 40mins took 20mins from start to finish. Refund was denied upon complaint!
