The girl who did the wax was truly lovely and sweet but the place was very dirty. There was dust and stray hairs all over the floor when I arrived in the room, as well as clumps of wax. I struggled to find a clean place to leave my clothes. Additionally, the wax itself was okay but there was still wax on me when I left and a lot of talcum powder! I felt like I needed a shower leaving the place. Especially in this COVID era, it is a shame but I would not recommend.

Worst wax I have ever had sadly after 10 years of Hollywood waxes : the girl was very pleasant and helpful but this shop should not be allowed to do waxing. The girl didn’t really know what to do and it was painful due to the lack of experience. Seriously don’t get a wax here.
