The massage bed is set up in a store room, with packets of water lying around and boxes littering the sides and tabletop space. The lights were left on full brightness and the music wasn’t working. The floor is tiled and was cold underfoot and appeared dirty. The towel left out barely covered my modesty and felt damp. The massage was too deep at times and when asked for less pressure, nothing changed. In general, it was below my expectations and hoped it would improve, it didn’t.
